Big Man Camp

This camp is for all Offensive and Defensive Lineman in high school.  At this camp, you will get a great deal of individual time with the Offensive Line and Defensive Line coaches of East Stroudsburg University.   On Offensive Line, you will go over stance, starts, run blocking, pass blocking, and the mental game of being an offensive lineman.  On Defensive Line, you will go over stance, start, defeating run blocks, pass rush technique, and the mentality that you need  to have to be an elite defensive lineman.  There will be several individual sessions during this camp.  We will finish the camp with a session of 1 on 1 pass blocking, where you will compete with other high schoolers. You will need to bring cleats, a water,  and an unrelenting work ethic.  You will improve as a lineman at this camp.  It will provide you with the tools that you need to grow and progress at your position on the football field.  You will also be evaluated by the East Stroudsburg Coaching staff, as  well as college coaches from other schools.
